Alabama holds first full-pad session of the week
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –Alabama football continued game planning for Saturday’s Southeastern Conference Championship Game, putting in a two-hour practice in full pads at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility on Tuesday.
The Crimson Tide will face the Georgia Bulldogs for the SEC title on Saturday, Dec. 1 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga. Alabama is seeking its 27th SEC championship this weekend and its fifth in the last seven seasons. The contest will air at 3 p.m. CT on CBS with Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jamie Erdahl on the call.
UA leads the all-time series with the Bulldogs, 39-25-4, and has won the last four meetings between the two schools. Alabama head coach Nick Saban is 6-2 all-time against Georgia, including a 4-1 mark with the Tide.
