The Crimson Tide and Aggies are set for a 6:15 p.m. CT kickoff on ESPN on Saturday evening

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team spent two hours in full pads on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields Wednesday afternoon. The team continues to prepare for its road contest this weekend in College Station with the Texas A&M Aggies.

The Tide will look to counter a high-powered Aggie offensive attack that ranks second in the conference in total offense. The SEC West rivals are scheduled for a 6:15 p.m. CT kickoff at Kyle Field with the game airing on ESPN. Joe Tessitore and Todd Blackledge will work from the booth with Holly Rowe covering the sidelines for a second consecutive week.

Alabama holds the all-time series advantage, 7-2, and has won the last four matchups between the two squads, including a 33-14 victory in last year’s meeting at Bryant-Denny Stadium. In the last trip to College Station, the Crimson Tide posted a 41-23 win in its last trip to College Station in 2015. The victory over the Aggies in 2015 was highlighted by four interceptions for 207 combined return yards. Eddie Jackson and Minkah Fitzpatrick each recorded two interceptions apiece, with three of those picks going for a touchdown.
