TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team put in two more hours of work on Wednesday afternoon in preparation for this Saturday’s matchup with Chattanooga, practicing in full pads at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

The Crimson Tide will welcome the Mocs to Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday for a 6:05 p.m. CT kickoff. The game will air live on ESPN2 with Dave Neal, Matt Stinchcomb and Olivia Harlan covering the action. Chattanooga enters Saturday’s contest with an 8-2 overall record and a 6-2 mark in the Southern Conference.

Alabama has won all 12 meetings with Chattanooga, including a 49-0 victory in 2013. The Crimson Tide own a 9-0 record in Tuscaloosa against the Mocs and a 3-0 mark in Birmingham. Alabama head coach Nick Saban is 2-0 all-time vs. Chattanooga, with wins in 2009 (45-0) and 2013.

The recent Graduation Success Rate figures (GSR) released by the NCAA highlight the Crimson Tide football team’s success in the classroom. Alabama ranks fifth among teams in this week’s College Football Playoff Top-25 with a GSR of 80. Last season, the Crimson Tide ranked fourth among Top-25 teams and led the SEC.
