TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The 2015 Southeastern Conference Champion Alabama football team placed 10 players on the Coaches All-SEC Team, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Crimson Tide led the way with 10 All-SEC selections, including a league-high seven first-team honorees. This marks the eighth consecutive season Alabama has garnered the most All-SEC picks.

2015 Preseason Player23 (1)Heisman Trophy finalist Derrick Henry, senior center Ryan Kelly and sophomore lineman Cam Robinson were the Tide’s representatives on the first-team offense. Junior defensive lineman Jonathan Allen, sophomore defensive lineman A’Shawn Robinson, senior linebacker Reggie Ragland and junior safety Eddie Jackson were placed on the first-team defense.

Senior offensive lineman Dominick Jackson, freshman wide receiver Calvin Ridley and junior place-kicker Adam Griffith represented Alabama on the second team.

The SEC individual award winners will be released on Wednesday and the SEC All-Freshman Team will be announced on Thursday.

2015 Preseason Player37USA Today also announced its All-America team on Tuesday with four Crimson Tide players honored, including Derrick Henry, Reggie Ragland and Ryan Kelly on the first team. A’Shawn Robinson was named to the second team.
