There were numerous alums on hand for Wednesday’s workout, including Amari Cooper, Josh Chapman, Ed Stinson, Marquis Maze, Nick Perry and Arie Kouandjio. Several other former Crimson Tide greats are back in town training during the offseason, including Mark Barron, Trent Richardson, Rolando McClain and Dre Kirkpatrick among others.
Alabama will finish the week with practices on Friday and Saturday as head coach Nick Saban hosts the 2015 Clinic of Champions, which will feature former Steelers head coach Bill Cowher, Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett, Houston Cougars head coach Tom Herman and former NFL offensive coordinator Tom Moore along with several others.
Wednesday’s practiced marked the third practice of spring drills. Alabama’s 2015 A-Day Game is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, at 2 p.m. (CDT) inside Bryant-Denny Stadium. The A-Day Game is once again free to the public.
