Crimson Tide topped initial 2018 College Football Playoff rankings on Tuesday evening

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama Crimson Tide put in two hours of full-pads work at the Thomas-Drew Practice fields Wednesday afternoon as the Tide continued to refine its game plan for Saturday’s game with LSU.

The top-ranked Crimson Tide will meet No. 3 LSU Saturday in Baton Rouge, La., at 7 p.m. The contest will be broadcast by CBS with Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jamie Erdahl on the call.

Alabama is 54-14 against teams ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 since the start of the 2008 season. The mark includes a 29-8 record against top-10 teams over that span.
