The Crimson Tide worked in full pads for the two-hour practice session

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama football practiced in full pads on Saturday afternoon, just one week away from the start of the 2022 season. The two-hour workout was held on the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.

 

Saturday’s practice session began at 3:30 p.m. CT and was the 20th in a series of 27 workouts for the Tide as the team prepares to open the 2022 season. Alabama will play host to the Utah State Aggies for the home opener on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 6:30 p.m. CT inside Bryant-Denny Stadium with the game airing nationwide on SEC Network.

 

The Crimson Tide will return to the practice field on Monday to start game-week preparations for the home opener.
