The Crimson Tide will meet the Red Wolves in first Bryant-Denny Stadium contest of 2018 this weekend
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Alabama Crimson Tide got back to work on Monday following Saturday’s season-opening 51-14 victory over Louisville. Head coach Nick Saban and select players met with the media at noon before the Crimson Tide put in a two-hour session in shells (helmets and shoulder pads) at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields later in the day.
Alabama will open the home portion of the 2018 schedule this Saturday, Sept. 8, against Sun Belt Conference foe Arkansas State. Game time is set for 2:35 p.m. at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The matchup will air on ESPN2 with Kevin Brown and Andre Ware calling the action from the booth with Alex Corddry working the sidelines.
The Crimson Tide enters this weekend’s contest riding a 16-game home opener winning streak at Bryant-Denny Stadium and is 77-11-2 (.867) across 90 total home-opening games.
