TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The University of Alabama football team spent two hours indoors on Thursday afternoon, practicing in shells at the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility.
Alabama worked its final full practice leading up to its Homecoming matchup with Arkansas. The two SEC Western Division foes will meet this Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium and are scheduled for a 6:20 p.m. CT kickoff. The game will air nationally on ESPN with Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit up in the booth and Maria Taylor on the sidelines.
The Crimson Tide and Razorbacks will square off for the 28th time since the start of the series back in 1962, with Alabama holding a 17-8 (after vacations) advantage. Head coach Nick Saban is 13-2 (12-2 after vacations) in his career against Arkansas, including a perfect 10-0 mark (9-0 after vacations) while at Alabama. Arkansas head coach Bret Bielema is 0-4 all-time against the Crimson Tide.
