The two teams will square off in a top-10 matchup on the Plains 

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama and Auburn will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT on CBS for the 82nd installment of the annual Iron Bowl matchup on Nov. 25, the league office announced on Monday morning.

The Crimson Tide holds a 45-35-1 all-time advantage in the series, including a 7-3 mark under the direction of Alabama head coach Nick Saban. The two teams met most recently at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Nov. 26, 2016, with the Tide earning the 30-12 win en route to reaching the SEC Championship Game.

Alabama last visited Jordan-Hare Stadium in 2015, claiming a 29-13 win over Auburn thanks to a record-setting performance from Derrick Henry, who rushed 46 times for 271 yards and a score. In that game, Adam Griffith also set a career mark for field goals with five against the Tigers, while Jake Coker connected with ArDarius Stewart on a highlight-reel play for a 34-yard touchdown strike to secure the regular-season ending win.
